I didn't expect this, but the most enlightening part of the video for me was reflecting on which season of life I am currently in. I realized that I never *allow myself* to truly have a sliving season! I'm always rushing to the next thing, because of course there will always be more to do, more to heal, more to accomplish. Which is what drove me to this video in the first place lol. But I realized how deeply my soul is craving a period of celebration and appreciation for how far I've come. I'm nervously excited to declare this, but: I am going to spend the next 6 months celebrating myself! 💖💖💃💃💐💐 Thank you, Erin (and team)!

I’ve heard people talk about “Pinterest life”, so I’m curious to see what people say about it

I once shared about how great Liverpool is because we can live as a family off one income and the first comment was "why are you leeching off your husband? You should work too!" He literally gets every meal of his life cooked, his pants folded, and his kids taken care of but somehow I'm a leech 🤦 There is absolutely no winning with these people! Yes 20s is the prime for attracting men and having kids but it's so rarely the time a woman feels best about herself or has her life in order. I'm 34 and I feel I'm setting the stage for my prime! Can't wait to travel again as a grown up, try new hobbies with my husband, grow my business and so much more once my kids are a bit older! 🌎 Thank you for giving hope and perspective for younger women that it's not all downhill but keeps getting better x x x

SUCH a good point, Erin! When we think about what life will be like 10 steps into the future, it feels so massive and scary from where we are NOW. Of course it will, because we haven't gone through all the steps, learning, growing to get there. For me, I am looking down the possibility of starting a software company and it seems so intimidating. But I just need to take it one step at a time, knowing I will grow and learn along the way. 💖

What helped me a lot was doing mindfulness meditation for a few minute per day. Changes the brain, positive space and a lot less stress. Books like the one called 30 Days to Stop Apologizing by Harper Daniels, and the Tao Te Ching were awesome helps.
